Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how the free trial, cancellations and refunds work for purchases made on SV Learning (svlearning.app). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
1. Free trial
- The trial is free and requires no payment. There is nothing to cancel — if you do nothing, the trial simply ends and paid features lock.
- After the trial, you can continue by buying credits or a package, or keep using the free stages.
2. What you can buy
- Packages — prepaid access for a fixed period (e.g. games / learning / complete / all-access), shown with their price and duration before purchase.
- Game credits — a prepaid balance consumed as you play.
Purchases are one-time and prepaid. We do not auto-renew or store your card to charge you again — you buy again only when you choose to.
3. Cancellation
Because packages are prepaid for a fixed term and credits are prepaid balances, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can stop using the Platform at any time, and you can delete your account from your profile or by contacting us. Stopping use does not by itself trigger a refund except as described below.
4. Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Refunds are handled as follows:
- Duplicate or failed charges. If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was deducted but access was not granted, we will refund the incorrect amount in full. Contact us with your payment reference.
- Unused packages. If you request a refund within [e.g. 7] days of buying a package and you have not meaningfully used the paid access it unlocked, we will refund it, less any payment-gateway fee that is non-refundable to us.
- Consumed credits and used access. Game credits that have been spent, and package time that has been used, are non-refundable.
- Service issues. If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using paid access and we cannot resolve it, we will provide a pro-rata refund or extension.
Refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within [e.g. 5–7] business days, though the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank/card issuer.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@svlearning.app from the account's registered email (or, for a child account, the linked parent's email) with:
- the account email,
- the payment/order reference (from your receipt or the Payment History page), and
- a short description of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge requests within [e.g. 2] business days.
6. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
